What you're paying for.
What one token buys
One token buys one full scan of any site, when it's done: the 0–100 score, every fix ranked by impact, and the code ready to paste — including the steps you can send to your web person. Your report also shows your score against the average from the 10,369 small-business websites in the October 2026 study. You can compare your site with up to five competitors from any report, without spending another token. If a scan doesn't complete, the token stays in your balance, and one free rescan within 14 days shows whether your fixes worked.
Refunds
Unused tokens are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. Tokens spent on completed scans are not refundable. Email [email protected] from your account email with the purchase date and number of tokens; refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Fair use
Scan only websites you own or are authorized to audit. Scanning client sites or handing reports to clients needs an Agency account. Monitoring renews monthly until you cancel; you can cancel anytime, and it stops at the end of the month you paid for.
